LiMa 1985 – construction schedule for the selfbuilders(finish off Work):

painting staircases: if necessary, carry out the work in 1986 – painting balconies: zinc primer + 1st coat  – painting roof terraces: if necessary, carry out the work in 1986

I can well remember the LiMa general contractor going bankrupt. For example, a company came and took away railings in LiMa in a night and fog operation because they had not yet been paid for.
