I thought it was a brilliant idea: a new construction project with 48 parties where people all knew each other, just from the construction phase! One person could lay tiles, the other could do woodwork. People got to know each other during construction. They met at the construction site. Everything was agreed upon there and then, as a rule, people always worked together. People helped each other … there was simply everything there is in terms of people. Working in self-construction, one had already gotten to know each other well. They knew each other’s quirks and qualities and were willing to accept them.
