In the style of the climate declarations and UN-sustainability declarations on inclusive and resilient cities, the creation of a Citizens Council for Biotopic Concepts and Climate Justice in Cities,  offers one possibility for citizens to articulate their interests in public.

In this way, it is possible to connect with experts and stakeholders at city, European and global level in a constant exchange, to finance and further develop projects and in this way promote a democracy of active participation of citizens worldwide.
