The reconstruction of the destroyed city –
I have chosen the term “reconstruction” for the rebuilding of the destroyed city, although it could give rise to misunderstanding. The concept of reconstruction is based on the power and hope inherent in cities to constantly renew themselves without denying the traces of history.
