The earth is brought to the roof!

News from the Climate Initiative LiMa Wohnhof Berlin: The citrus harvest from the LiMa Wohnhof has yielded 15 kilos of organic citrus fruit in its fourth year.

The terraces and roofs in Herman Hertzberger’s architecture enable the entire built-up area to be reclaimed and thus reconcile the need for housing with the need for unsealing in times of climate change. The gardens above the city at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin are possible.
